FINCO ACE Camp 2025

ACE Camp is an anual three-day face-to-face event for FINCO’s active students who have just completed SPM.
In 2025, ACE Camp was attended by 77 participants who worked hard to equip themselves with the necessary skills and knowledge to pursue their post-SPM goals and ambitions.

Over the course of the three days, students had the opportunity to participate in the following activities:

CEO Sembang Aspirasi Panel

Students heard from three C-Suites about the necessary skills and behaviours required to succeed in the work force. The students also had an opportunity to have in-depth discussions with the professionals to gain more insights into how they can develop these skills in their current environment.

Post-SPM Pathway Stations

In order to better prepare for their post-SPM journey, the students learned about the various pathways available to them; such as traditional higher education pathways, TVET courses, financing options and also entering the workforce immediately after SPM.

Mentoring

For two days of camp, students were matched to mentors from our financial institution partners. They lent their professional experiences to support the students in goal setting, understanding industry demands and conducting mock interviews.

Job Shadowing

Volunteers from various industries hosted our students at their workplace to provide them with a firsthand experience of the careers they are interested in through observation and hands-on activities.
