FINCO strives to observe high standards of integrity, transparency and competence in the conduct of its business and encourages all Parties involved in its work to practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling all responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We encourage stakeholders from within or outside the organisation to escalate concerns about actual, suspected or potential wrongdoing or improper conduct without fear of reprisal or retribution.

ANTI-BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION POLICY

FINCO is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability in all its operations. We adopt a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of bribery and corruption, in compliance with applicable laws including the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009 and Malaysia’s Service Circular No. 3 of 1998. All stakeholders are expected to uphold ethical conduct at all times, and any suspected misconduct may be reported through FINCO’s whistleblowing channels for appropriate action.
